RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For all domestic orders JEMMA WYNNE will accept merchandise back in its original condition for a full refund only if the return is made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours of receipt will allow for exchange only. All International orders are FINAL SALE.

Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. This excludes custom orders and sizing. All custom orders, including pieces with personalization or any ring that is other than a standard size, are FINAL SALE.

Should you decide to exchange or return a purchase for credit, you must notify JEMMA WYNNE directly and ship merchandise back within 5 days of receiving the order. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please email concierge@jemmawynne.com to obtain a Return Authorization number, and have that number clearly marked on the outside of the package in order for us to accept it. We recommend you ship merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. JEMMA WYNNE will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Please note that returns and exchanges must be made directly through JEMMA WYNNE. Any other associate department stores, boutique or online store that carry JEMMA WYNNE will not accept items purchased from JEMMA WYNNE’s online store.

Credit for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed. JEMMA WYNNE reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in JEMMA WYNNE’s sole discretion.
